The Studio.

One of the largest and best-equipped studios on the South Coast, our facilities feature a 7.3 metre by 6 metre white infinity cove, a full green screen cyclorama, and a fully fitted kitchen.

Housed in a former picture house built in 1911, the studio occupies the original cinema auditorium, offering high ceilings, spacious interiors, and unique character.

Vehicle access if granted by a large street level roll door big enough for vans to pull into the studio and unload/load.

Transformed into studios over 20 years ago, the space has hosted productions for global brands including Bowers & Wilkins, Vans, Dr Martens, Roberts Radio, Le Creuset, Farrow & Ball, BT, Channel 4, and ITV Studios.

While primarily used for our own productions, the studios are also available for hire by brands, agencies, and production companies.

Space

  • ~1087sf. Open Floor

  • ~376sf. Green Room

  • ~24sf. WC / Changing room

White Cyclorama.

Our white cyclorama is one of the largest and best-maintained on the South Coast a standout facility outside of London.

Dimensions:

  • Width - 7.3m

  • Depth - 6.0m

  • Return wall depth (right side of cyc) - 4.0m

  • Height - 4.8m

Meticulously cared for and regularly repainted, the cove can be hired with a suite of high-CRI and TLCI-rated lighting to deliver beautifully even, professional-grade illumination across the entire space.

Green Screen.

Our green screen cyclorama is a versatile, full-height setup measuring 6.5 metres wide with a 4.9-metre return wall, a 1.5 metre radius corner, and a height of 3.5 metres. The seamless green floor allows for full-length keying, ideal for everything from presenter pieces to complex compositing work.

Uniquely engineered for speed and efficiency, the entire structure is suspended above the studio on electric winches and can be quickly lowered and locked into place when needed. For added convenience, we can also supply it pre-lit, ensuring a clean, even key right out of the gate.

Blackout.

When a blackout studio is required, we offer flexible solutions to suit the setup. Our custom-built blackout skirts can attach to top bounce, or be rigged from goalposts or truss. We can also deploy sufficient blackout to cover the majority of the studio — including camera side — creating a near 360° blackout stage when needed.

Blackout can be installed as part of a pre-light setup, with our team rigging everything in advance so the studio is ready on crew arrival, saving valuable shoot time.

Wet Hire.

Wet hire includes our standard lighting package, which provides more than enough coverage for most productions and offers excellent value compared to hiring equipment and studio space separately.

We also offer an extensive range of lighting, grip, cameras, lenses, and production equipment to suit almost any brief. Whether you're working with a tight budget or planning a large-scale shoot, our experienced team can tailor a bespoke package to meet your specific needs and advise on the most efficient and effective setup for your production.

Fitted Kitchen.

Designed with food photography and film shoots in mind, our fully fitted kitchen is both practical and shoot-ready. It features a range of high-quality appliances, along with a cleverly positioned false window that provides natural-looking light — ideal for realistic, lifestyle-style backdrops.

The kitchen includes a double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, gas hob discreetly built into a moveable island, and a full sink/tap setup — offering flexibility for stylists, chefs, and crew alike.

Beyond production, the space doubles as a comfortable client area for serving lunch during shoots, complete with complimentary tea and a bean-to-cup coffee machine to keep your team fuelled throughout the day.

Included

  • Bean to cup coffee machine.

  • Fridge and freezer available.

  • Working oven, microwave and gas hob.

  • Sink and dishwasher.

  • First Aid Kit.

  • Moveable kitchen island (on casters).

  • ‘False’ window for creating natural looking light effects.

Green Room.

Our green room doubles as a flexible overflow space — ideal for prop and product storage, wardrobe and makeup setup, or a comfortable breakout area for crew, clients and talent. A large closable door allows the space to be fully separated from the main studio when privacy is needed, or to prevent light and sound spill. The room is directly connected to the main studio, making it easy to move people and product in and out.

The space includes a 55” TV for remote viewing and can also be reconfigured as an additional photography or video area, ideal for headshots, product photography or secondary setups.

Additional Services

  • Our in-house gaffer service ensures studio lighting is set up correctly, efficiently and safely. Working closely with DP, camera and creative teams, they help achieve the intended look while keeping production moving on schedule.

  • Our gaffer and crew can pre-light the studio ahead of your arrival, saving valuable time on the shoot day. Share your creative direction and we’ll provide a 3D lighting mockup showing how we plan to achieve the look. Once approved, the lighting is set up in advance — so you can hit the ground running when you arrive.

  • We offer additional equipment hire to support your shoot — whether you need to top up your own kit or run a full production from the ground up. Available equipment includes cinema and photography cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, media, cabling, and complete camera and lighting grip. Head to our ‘Equipment’ page for more information.

  • Set build, dressing and styling that enhances the story on screen. We create practical, shoot-ready environments — from minimal builds to fully dressed sets — designed to look right on camera and deliver against the brief.

  • We use Unreal Engine and other 3D software to pre-visualise shoots before they happen. With our studios modelled in 3D, we can quickly generate previs renders and lighting diagrams, tweak them easily, and lock decisions before any kit is set up.

  • Production management and line producing — planning budgets, schedules, crew and logistics to keep shoots running smoothly and on track.

  • Art direction and creative development — shaping concepts that are visually strong, on-brief, and deliverable within budget.

  • Camera operators, assistants and technical crew, scaled to your production. Our teams work together regularly and understand the workflow end-to-end — from lighting and camera through to post — keeping shoots efficient and predictable.

  • 1Gbps full-fibre internet to the premises, with Cat 6 ethernet ports in the studio for direct, wired connections. Ideal for fast uploads and downloads of rushes, live streaming, and remote collaboration — with a backup line in place for reliability.

But seriously, we do have a well stocked kit room of lighting, grip, cameras, lenses from brands like Arri, Aputure, Manfrotto, Matthews Studio Equipment, Canon, Eizo and many more. A full list can be seen on our equipment hire page.
